An interesting photo of Sports Day, 1956 Abel Williams. Can anyone be more specific or put names to any of the people in the picture?? Abel says, "Sports day was open to all. People picnicked all over Berners. Ken Ashdown tells me it was taken in 1956. He was in the 4th form. He and his Mother are in the front row."

Shot Putt - In the circle is Clutterbuck - Corners. Can't remember his first name. Mr Cobb is to the right of the circle - as you look - with a badge on his blazer prominent. I agree with Ken Ashdown it is 1956.
